Reinforcing its never-ending pursuit of creative possibilities, Byredo introduces fine jewellery as a new permanent category. The series builds from foundational archetypes – to pierce and to adorn – that decode the practice of individual ornamentation and self-expression. Uniting two central motifs into a singular expression, rounded pearl shapes interlock with graphic bars, forming a pattern that can be repeated and extended ad infinitum.
A material output that embodies Ben Gorham’s aim to translate emotions deeply rooted in the personal, the debut collection draws upon a part of his heritage, named for the Hindi word ‘Virasaat’ meaning ‘inheritance’. Made to endure, it signifies the value inherent in these totemic objects, passed down from older generations to the next like a birthright.
The collection takes a craft-orientated approach to the discipline, made in Italy using precious metals such as silver and gold. The series of necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings appear fluid, as if shaped by ebbs and flows of water and time, ready to take on the unique imprint of the wearer.
Byredo explores new possibilities in the language of Virasaat with two variations of scale: Jumbo and Mini.
Handcrafted in Italy in 24-carat gold vermeil, the Jumbo Virasaat earring is enlarged by 60% from the original design. Its bold proportions enhance the fluidity of Virasaat’s signature curves, transforming a once delicate form into a striking focal point.
Each earring takes on its own distinct form, offering two interpretations of the same sculptural vocabulary. Their deliberate asymmetry creates a quiet tension, allowing the pair to unfold as a dialogue rather than a reflection.

The Whoo Minor Bag, crafted in Byredo Kantha, transcends individual ownership, embracing its role as an object for collective admiration. It embodies a continued exploration of leather craftsmanship and the distinctive artistry of Byredo’s signature Kantha embroidery, paying homage to the centuries-old Indian ancestral stitching technique. Purposefully unique, the uneven and high-tech machine-sewn flap details are finished by our skilled artisans, who cut and knot each stitch by hand. Braided and embroidered by hand, the bag’s adjustable leather strap is complemented by vintage gold or brushed silver hardware, embellished with semi-precious stones.

"Mojave Ghost had no set parameters from the start. It wasn't about raw materials or rigid definitions. It emerged from a flower, a place, and a narrative — an exploration of emotion rather than fixed raw materials."
Ben Gorham, Founder & Creative Director, Byredo.
